$0.00

Fine French bowmaker Louis Morizot Père studied the craft with some of the best early 20th century bowmakers, including Eugène Cuniot-Hury, Charles Nicolas Bazin, and Eugène Sartory. He established his own workshop in 1919 and shortly after began to train his five sons. His excellent bows received many awards during his lifetime, including the Grand Prix at the first Exhibition Artisanale de Paris in 1924, a Gold Medal at the Exhibition Artisanale de Paris in 1927, and the honor of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (“best craftsman of France”). His sons went on to inherit the firm and changed the name from Louis Morizot et Fils to Morizot Frères.

A certificate accompanies this bow.
