Bass Rental Outfits
Terra Nova Violins prides itself on its large selection of high quality rental instruments. We’ve made finding a rental bass outfit easy for you by pre-combining instruments, cases, bows, and necessary accessories. These outfits are perfect for anyone looking to begin playing the bass. Our rental bass outfits include a bass, a heavy duty padded bass bag, a wood or fiberglass French or German bow, and rosin.
Our rental agreement is a month-to-month agreement, so you can rent for as little or as long as you like. Terra Nova Violins’ rental program is not a rent-to-own; however you accrue rental credit with each on-time monthly rental payment.
The Bass Rental Outfits are priced per month:
Laminate Bass Outfit: ($44.34 Rental Fee + $10 Insurance + $3.66 Tax) = $58 Per Month
Concert Laminate Outfit: ($50.81 Rental Fee + $10 Insurance + $4.19 Tax)= $65 Per Month
Concert Carved Top Outfit: ($64.17 Rental Fee + $12 Insurance + $5.83 Tax ) = $82 Per Month
Instrument insurance is included in the monthly rental amount. Our insurance covers any routine maintenance and repairs including: broken strings, worn bows, damaged rosin cakes and damaged cases. Our insurance plan also covers any accidental damage that may be caused by regular use. Theft is covered under the insurance plan, under certain circumstances. Rental account must be in good standing in order for the insurance plan to cover the instrument.
Terra Nova Bass Laminate Outfit
Our Laminate model basses are our most economic option. They are aesthetically simple, but are expertly built from quality materials and deliver a great sound. They are the perfect choice for beginners and players on a budget.
This outfit comes with a heavy duty padded bass bag, choice of wood or fiberglass French or German bow, and a cake of rosin.

Terra Nova Bass Concert Laminate Outfit
Our Concert Laminate model basses are the perfect balance of quality and price. They are built from fine materials, beautifully varnished, and provide a beautiful rich sound. Well-suited for beginner and intermediate level students.
This outfit comes with a heavy duty padded bass bag, choice of wood or fiberglass French or German bow, and a cake of rosin.

Our Concert Carved-Top basses are top of the line. Superior materials and craftsmanship combined with upgraded strings gives them professional level tone. These are the ideal choice for advanced students. These outfits come with upgraded strings, case, and bow.
