Distinguished bow maker Roger Zabinski studied violin making Vaido Radamus before turning his focus to bows. He then studied with Martin Beilke and William Salchow who instructed him in the traditional French styles of bow making. He has received numerous awards and certificates for his bows, including a Gold Medal for a violin bow at the 1986 Violin Society of America international competition. He is a member of the prestigious Entente Internationale des Maîtres Luthiers et Archetiers d’Art. This bow features a round pernambuco stick, silver fittings, and a large mother of pearl frog inlay.
