CELLOS

-  Cellos -

Cellos

The cello  sits upright, anchored by the ground. Since this is the largest instrument, it has the lowest range and sound. With the cello, you will hear full-bodied, resonating low tones. It is a bowed instrument and has four strings that should be tuned in perfect fifths.

Terra Nova Violins provides a large collection of professional-level instruments and bows. Whether you are interested in an individual maker or craftsman, or you would like a more affordable workshop cello, we have the instruments for you. We have cellos fit for all price ranges and budgets because we know how essential these instruments are to your orchestra. In order to reach those low and powerful notes, you will need a skilled cello player. If you are interested in any of the models or makers below, please give our staff a call at the location closest to you. We’re standing by to help!
